As much as I would have liked to have been cool, calm, and very collected, I would not have been able to to carry off your enviable patience with this gentleman, and used as much tact. As much as I like to remind people of the 'turning of the leaf' as such, I am afraid I would have put the heid on him, prior to snapping each and <i>every</i> one of those ignorant clicking fingers.
