It’s a little known loophole VinnyK, but the “I wasn’t there” defence still negates a wealth of circumstantial, forensic, and eyewitness testimony in most of the world’s judicial systems.

Similarly, many’s the genocidal maniac that has walked free by merely saying, “it wasn’t me.” I believe the popular recording artist ‘Shaggy’ satirised this absurdity in one of his dense, multi-layered, highbrow deconstructions of modern society.

That’s actually not too bad for us Gemini’s as long as we are not 1 of the millions that die and the sandwich is actually edible, you might clear this up? We’d like to know and make plans etc…

Also if you are caught by the fuzz claim you weren’t even there.

Then years after being incarcerated claim, despite the fact that you were not there, that you done it in self-defence! Works everytime*.

Exactly VinnyK. And let he whose family hasn’t murdered an underworld bodyguard cast the first stone.

Murder (which gets a bum rap, in my opinion) eventually touches us all. When it does, the trick is to ensure you are the murderer, rather than the murderee, and the O’Sullivan’s have proved themselves shrewd operators in that regard.
